Sales & marketing automation
Make every qualified signal lead to a clear next action
Your team should not have to rebuild the same handoff for every campaign. We design sales and marketing workflow automation that connects lead capture, enrichment, qualification, ownership, follow-up, and measurement in HubSpot and the surrounding GTM stack.
A useful first project is often one delayed or error-prone handoff, not an entire automation program.
The business problem
Automate the handoff, not the confusion
A new inquiry can trigger several systems before a person sees it. If the form has no company context, the CRM has two possible owners, or a previous customer is treated like a new prospect, a fast automation only makes the wrong action happen faster.
We map the journey and define the decision at each step: what starts the workflow, what data is required, what blocks it, who gets a task, and when a person must approve the action. The result is a process that responds promptly but remains inspectable.
What we can build
Services for a dependable GTM operation
Inbound lead handling
Connect form submission to enrichment, source capture, fit checks, owner assignment, and an exception path for incomplete records.
Lead routing and service levels
Define territory, account-owner, product, and priority rules; alert the right person and measure time to first action.
Lifecycle and nurture
Move records through agreed stages, keep segments current, and trigger appropriate follow-up under your consent and suppression rules.
Sales task and deal handoffs
Create review tasks, update relevant CRM fields, and make the next step visible when a lead becomes sales-ready or a deal changes stage.
Campaign operations
Prepare audiences, hand off approved messaging, and preserve attribution so marketing and sales can learn from the same record.
Workflow repair and governance
Review enrollment, re-enrollment, exits, duplicate actions, permissions, and feature limits before a workflow is broadly activated.
Our approach
Turn an inbound inquiry into an accountable handoff
We connect lead capture to a defined decision path: preserve the inquiry source, check for an existing account, enrich only the fields needed for qualification, and assign the right owner. Ambiguous matches and incomplete submissions go to review. Marketing follow-up follows the contact permissions and suppression rules your team approves.
The deliverable is a tested workflow with enrollment, re-enrollment, exit, and exception rules written down for operators. HubSpot tasks and views show who must act next; reporting makes first-action time, routing corrections, and qualified-to-accepted conversion visible.
How we work

Track failures, unexpected enrollments, and the downstream business outcome.
Measures worth watching
routing corrections
qualified-to-accepted conversion
workflow exceptions
Common questions
What to know before you start
Do we need HubSpot Professional or Enterprise?
Some HubSpot workflow features require specific subscriptions, seats, or credits. We will design for the tools your account actually has and identify any upgrade-dependent options.
Can automation send prospecting or marketing emails for us?
Sending must follow your consent, suppression, and applicable rules. We can prepare segmentation and approval steps, but a sourced address alone is not permission for marketing email.
How do you avoid duplicate actions?
We test enrollment and re-enrollment conditions, existing-record lookup, state changes, and exit rules before broad activation.
