Claude Code implementation
Claude Code for your team's recurring work. For teams that have tried Claude Code and want one recurring task to run dependably, whoever starts it. We set up shared project instructions, the tools it needs, checks before anything changes, and a written routine your team runs after handover.

The problem
A team routine needs more than a trial
When one person's trial becomes a team routine, gaps appear. Context sits in someone's chat history, tool access is improvised, and nobody can say which changes were checked.
Making it dependable takes shared instructions, the right connections and permissions, and a review step before anything reaches a live system.
We run on it
This website runs on the same setup
agitechnologies.io is built and maintained with Claude Code. The practices we bring to client work are the ones we use on our own site every day.
One shared playbook
A project file every session loads: the house rules, the items that need the owner's review, and the tasks the agent may complete alone.
Checked before it goes live
Every page change is snapshotted, reviewed, checked at four screen widths, confirmed after publishing and can be rolled back in one step.
Safe parallel work
Shared locks stop two automated jobs from editing the same page at the same time.
Client work
Built with Claude Code for a comics publisher
A quality watcher for a growing comics catalogue
We designed the checks, severity rules and ticket format, and built the website quality watcher in Claude Code with read-only access. Each run compares sitemaps and homepage shelves with the last run, checks new episodes in a real browser and files tickets in the team's tracker. The team reports that checking is easier and faster, and that a recurring cross-check is now possible.

How it works
Four steps from trial to routine
- 01
Choose one task
A task that repeats, has a clear input and output, and a person who can accept the result. If a simple script would do the job, we tell you.
- 02
Set up the project
Shared instructions, reusable skills, the minimum tool connections and the permissions each one needs.
- 03
Run a checked pilot
Real examples, including messy and failing ones. Every run is reviewed, and anything uncertain is held for a person.
- 04
Hand it over
A written routine: how to start the task, check the result, recover from a failure and update the setup safely.
What you receive
A setup your team can own
Project setup
Instructions, skills, tool connections and permissions, kept in version control so changes are visible.
Acceptance pack
Sample inputs, failure cases, a review checklist and a log of the pilot runs.
Team routine
Start, check, recover and update, written for the next person who runs the task.
Where to start
Good candidates for a first pilot
| Task | Why it suits a first pilot |
|---|---|
| Website and content quality checks | Clear pass and fail conditions, and read-only by default. |
| Recurring reports from several sources | Repeatable inputs and totals a person can verify. |
| Document intake and data clean-up | Defined fields and an obvious review step for exceptions. |
| Internal scripts and small tools | Testable changes in a codebase your team already owns. |
How engagements work
A written scope and a fixed quote before any build
The founder of AGI Technologies leads every engagement, from the scoping call to the handover.
Every engagement starts with a written scope: the task, what you receive, how the result is judged, the running costs and who maintains it after handover.
The first pilot has a fixed quote, agreed before any work starts. It covers one recurring task, so you can judge the result before anything expands.
Questions
Before a scoping call
Do we need developers?
You need a technical owner who manages access and approves changes. Once the routine is written, day-to-day use can sit with an operations or content person.
Which Claude plan do we need?
A plan or API access that includes Claude Code for the people who will use it. We scope the work against the plan and tools you actually have.
Can it work with confidential data?
Within limits agreed up front: which files and systems it may read, what it may change and what stays out of reach. We start with approved samples.
How is this different from setting up Claude chat?
This is about project-level workflows with files, tools and checks. If chat or a simple automation covers your need, we recommend that instead.
Where does it run once it is live?
On a person's machine, on a schedule, or inside a production system. Each needs different access, hosting and support, and the written scope says which one you get and who maintains it. Our guide shows how to run Claude Code on a recurring task.
How is the work priced?
After the scoping call you receive a written scope with a fixed quote for the first pilot. Running costs such as hosting and software accounts are listed separately in the same scope.
