AGI / Problems we solve
Manual data entry
Your sales and ops team spends hours every week on work a machine should do. Think of researching new leads, updating HubSpot after calls or building the Monday report. We set up digital co-workers that do it every day inside HubSpot, with a person approving what matters.
Book an intro callSound familiar?
Notes typed twice
Call notes go into HubSpot, then again into Slack.
Leads waiting
New leads wait until someone has time to research them.
Forgotten follow-ups
Leads nobody touched for two days quietly go cold.
Reports by hand
Someone spends Monday morning copying numbers into a deck.
Records left behind
Deals and contacts go stale because updating them is boring.
What does a digital co-worker do?
Inbound lead researcher
Enriches and qualifies every new lead within minutes.
CRM hygiene worker
Catches duplicates, missing fields and stuck deals every night.
Follow-up assistant
Drafts the next email for leads untouched for 48 hours.
Monday pipeline report
Written and waiting in Slack before your team meeting.
A person approves anything that goes to a customer.
How do we set it up?
- Week 1
Count the hours
We list the manual work, how often it runs and who does it. You see the hours before we build.
- Week 1
Pick one task
We start with the task that eats the most hours and has a clear right answer.
- Week 2
Start in suggest mode
The co-worker drafts and a person approves. It acts on its own only once it passes your test.
- Every week
Check the work
We review its mistakes weekly and report the hours it saves against your starting point.
Do we use this ourselves?
Yes. Our own company runs on scheduled Claude Code routines. They review Search Console and GA4, draft articles and check the pipeline and inbox. A person sets the plan and reviews the work before anything is published.
One of them keeps a weekly growth dashboard up to date from Search Console and GA4.
Which task eats the most hours?
Tell us what your team does by hand each week. We’ll tell you whether a co-worker can take it over.
