Privacy policy

Updated 5 October 2026

This policy explains how AGI Technologies handles information from this website, inquiries and meeting bookings.

Who is responsible

The controller is LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “AGI Technologies”, registered in Ukraine, company code 46115397. Registered address: 03150, Ukraine, Kyiv, Antonovycha Street 150, apartment 28. Contact: andrii@agitechnologies.io. Valencia, Spain is a work location.

Inquiries and project discussions

The contact form collects the name, email address and message you provide. We use them to respond, assess requested work and manage the resulting business relationship. You can contact us by email instead. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing a contract. Our legitimate interests cover business correspondence, site security and establishing or defending legal claims. Applicable legal obligations may require retaining business records.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit to understand visits and actions such as opening a booking page, using a tool or receiving a successful form response. Analytics may include device and browser information, pages visited, referral information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not intentionally send form contents, names or email addresses to Analytics.

Optional analytics cookies depend on your consent. You can accept, reject or change optional categories using the cookie controls. Google Consent Mode communicates consent choices and may send limited, cookieless signals when analytics storage is denied. Necessary cookies support essential functions and consent preferences. Withdrawing consent affects future consent-based processing.

CookieYes uses the necessary cookieyes-consent cookie to remember your choices. Its configured expiry is 365 days. The WordPress Consent API also records category choices in wp_consent_functional, wp_consent_marketing, wp_consent_preferences, wp_consent_statistics and wp_consent_statistics-anonymous. These preference cookies are configured for 30 days.

When analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_NRDZ2JQTTG as first-party analytics cookies on this website. Google documents a two-year default lifetime; browser limits and tag settings can shorten it. Our Chrome check on 5 October 2026 observed a 400-day expiry. These browser-cookie lifetimes are separate from the retention of Analytics data. You can review the cookie inventory and change optional choices through Consent Preferences.

Bookings and interactive tools

Booking links open Calendly. Calendly collects the details you supply to arrange a meeting and has its own privacy and cookie controls. Its Google Analytics integration measures booking-page activity and completed bookings. A booking-link click is not a completed booking.

The lead-flow planner and routing lab illustrate modeled or synthetic scenarios. They do not search Clay, access a live CRM or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Tool measurement records action labels only and does not include the contents of your inquiry.

You can use the lead-flow planner and routing lab and their open downloads without giving an email address. Scenario contents are not sent to Analytics.

The Clay Implementation Framework download form requires an email address; name and company are optional. We store the request privately in WordPress, then display the PDF and worksheet download links in your browser. No email is sent and no automatic newsletter subscription is created. The implementation-follow-up box is optional and unchecked; if you select it, we may contact you about implementing the workflow. Personal form details are not sent to Google Analytics.

Providers and international processing

Hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics and Calendly providers process information needed to provide their services. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes above. We do not sell inquiry information.

Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EU or EEA. Where the GDPR applies to a transfer outside the EEA, an applicable transfer basis or safeguard is required. Contact andrii@agitechnologies.io for information about the recipients, processing locations and arrangements applicable to your information. See Google’s privacy policy and Calendly’s privacy notice for their processing practices.

Retention

We retain inquiry and project correspondence while handling the request or relationship, then only as needed for applicable recordkeeping duties or legal claims. We review the need to keep information when the purpose ends.

Analytics retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings and differs between event or user data and aggregated reports. The cookie lifetimes above do not determine how long Analytics reports remain available. Contact andrii@agitechnologies.io for information about the current Analytics retention settings. Booking records are retained for scheduling, business correspondence and applicable recordkeeping purposes.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Email andrii@agitechnologies.io. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. These rights can be subject to statutory limits.

You may complain to the data protection authority competent for your location, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency where relevant. Providing contact details is voluntary, but we need a way to respond if you request a reply.

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date above identifies the current version.
