How we ship with coding agents
Every page change on our own website passes release gates before it goes live. Code changes go through pull requests, and the founder merges each one after checks pass. Claude Code agents make both kinds of change. A failed check stops the release until the fix passes.
- PlanSnapshot the live page and write the change plan.
- CheckA fresh read confirms nothing changed since the snapshot.
- ApplyStore the new page content.
- Read backThe stored page matches the plan exactly.
- Public checkThe live page loads with the new content.
One edit to our Case studies page. The page metadata ran as a second plan with the same gates.
What runs on our site?
Code review before merge
Lint and tests run on every agent pull request.
Page release gates
Each change is planned, checked, applied and read back.
Articles on a schedule
Each article gets copy checks and a person’s review first.

Coding agent FAQ
What checks do client builds get?
A build sprint ships with a test set and scorecard, approval steps and a run log. A pilot or agency ticket gets one written acceptance check.
What happens when a check fails?
The release stops, and the change waits for a fix. The fixed change runs every check again.
How do parallel agents stay apart?
Each agent works on its own branch. Shared locks stop two agents from editing the same page at once.
What should we automate first?
Bring one task your team repeats. The founder will tell you if an agent can do it and how we’d test it.
