Service scope

AI systems and automation built around the work you already do

We design and build AI workflows for defined business tasks: checking a website on every release, turning documents into checked records, and running recurring work with Claude Code or OpenAI Codex. Each one has clear inputs, checks before anything changes, and a person who owns the result.

Documents

AI document processing

Invoices, forms and applications turned into checked records, with doubtful cases sent to a person before anything is passed on.

How we work

Begin with one process you can measure

  1. 01

    Map the work

The decision, the current tools, the people involved and the points where information gets lost.

  2. 02

    Set the rules

Inputs, acceptable evidence, ownership, review points and what success looks like.

  3. 03

    Build and test

One path piloted with real records or tasks, including exceptions and failures.

  4. 04

    Operate and improve

The system documented, its outcomes inspected and the workflow adjusted as conditions change.

Delivered work

Built with Claude Code for a comics publisher

0changes made to the live site: the watcher only reads and reports

A quality watcher for a growing comics catalogue

We designed the checks, severity rules and ticket format, and built the watcher in Claude Code with read-only access. Each run compares sitemaps and homepage shelves with the last run, checks new episodes in a real browser and files tickets in the team's tracker. The team reports that checking is easier and faster, and that a recurring cross-check is now possible.

How engagements work

A written scope and a fixed quote before any build

The founder of AGI Technologies leads every engagement, from the scoping call to the handover.

Every engagement starts with a written scope: the task, what you receive, how the result is judged, the running costs and who maintains it after handover.

The first pilot has a fixed quote, agreed before any work starts. It covers a single task or a single website, so you can judge the result before anything expands.

Questions

Before a scoping call

Which tasks are a good fit?

Tasks that repeat, have clear inputs and outputs, and have someone who can accept or correct the result. If a fixed rule or a simple script solves it, we recommend that.

Which AI tools do you use?

We choose the model and tools for the task and your existing systems. Much of our own build work runs on Claude Code.

Who owns the system afterwards?

Your team. Every project ends with a written routine, the setup in your accounts and a clear owner for access, running costs and changes.

How is the work priced?

After the scoping call you receive a written scope with a fixed quote for the first pilot. Running costs such as hosting and software accounts are listed separately in the same scope.

Scope the next step

Bring one task that repeats

Tell us what the task is, where its inputs live and who checks the result. On a 30-minute call we scope a first project and its fixed quote.
